Bartow, FL -- An important lesson in respect for nature's smallest creatures can be found in a film this Wednesday showing at the Bartow Public Library.

"The Ant Bully" is based on the book by John Nickle.

In the movie, "Lucas" aims his water pistol at some hapless ants, but they retaliate by shrinking him down to their size.

After the movie, a drawing will be held for a free ant farm!

The Bartow Public Library's Super Summer Shows are designed for school-aged children 6 yrs. and up. Children under 6 are welcome to attend as long as they sit with an adult and sit quietly and still.

Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and doors open 15 minutes prior to the performance.

The film is being shown between 10:30 AM and 12:00 noon at the Bartow Public Library, located at 2150 S. Broadway Ave.
